18.28.080 Floor Area Required.
This section is included in your selections.
A. Each one-family dwelling shall have a minimum floor area of eight hundred fifty (850) square feet.
B. Each two-family dwelling shall have a minimum floor area of seven hundred (700) square feet in each unit. (Ord. 1030 § 2(12), 2018; Ord. 295 § 87, 1962)
