The adopted precise residential master plan may be modified by submitting a request for such modification according to the same procedures as set forth in Larkspur Municipal Code Sections 18.36.140 through 18.36.180 , except that modifications to Larkspur Municipal Code Sections 18.36.140(E) and (F) need be approved only by the Planning Commission without public hearing.
