The conversion of any existing residential real property to a condominium project, community apartment project or stock cooperative project shall require the issuance of a conditional use permit. The procedures, considerations, findings and requirements set forth in this chapter and in Larkspur Municipal Code Chapter 18.76, Use Permits, shall govern the issuance of a condominium conditional use permit.
