The City Manager or their designee shall coordinate with the County of Marin Health and Human Services Department to ensure that the citizens and community of Larkspur may participate in the county’s existing tobacco education program. The program will explain and clarify the purposes and requirements of this chapter to citizens affected by it, and guide persons, landlords, employers, and nonprofit entities in their compliance with it.
