“Park” means to stand or leave standing any vehicle, whether occupied or not, otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading of passengers or materials. (Ord. 1030 § 2(8), 2018; Ord. 526 § 1 (part), 1975)
