When deemed necessary for the orderly and safe movement of traffic by the City Traffic Engineer, they may erect a yield right-of-way sign at the approaches to an intersection of streets and highways under its jurisdiction which are not through highways, but such yield right-of-way sign shall not be erected upon the approaches to more than one of the intersecting streets. Any person failing to yield the right-of-way pursuant to a posted sign as provided herein is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1062 § 14, 2022; Ord. 1030 § 2(8), 2018; Ord. 526 § 1 (part), 1975)
