10.48.190 Vehicle Code Enforcement on Private Parking Facilities.

Any private parking facility which is open to the public, and is named by Larkspur City resolution, pursuant to the provisions of Vehicle Code (VC) Section 21107.8, and has conspicuously displayed a sign at least seventeen (17) inches by twenty-two (22) inches with one-inch lettering stating “This Parking Facility is subject to Public Traffic Regulation,” is subject to enforcement of the following:
A. VC Section 22350 , Speeding;
B. VC Section 22507.8 , Prohibited Parking in Space for Disabled Person;
C. VC Section 23103 , Reckless Driving;
D. VC Section 23109 , Speed Contest. (Ord. 1030 § 2(8), 2018; Ord. 657 § 1, 1981)
