Five (5) days after adoption of the order declaring the vehicle or parts thereof to be a public nuisance or five (5) days from the date of mailing of notice of the decision if such notice is required by Larkspur Municipal Code Section 10.60.110, the vehicle or parts thereof may be disposed of by removal to a scrapyard or automobile dismantler’s yard.
