Whenever the City Traffic Engineer finds that placement of stop signs is necessary pursuant to Larkspur Municipal Code Section 10.36.010 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of all vehicles shall stop at the entrance or entrances to those intersections where such stop signs are located.
