The geographic limits referred to in Section 5704.2.9.6.1 of the California Fire Code in which storage of Class I, Class II and Class III liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited are amended as follows: In all residential areas and in all areas of the City of Larkspur. (Exception – Approved protected aboveground tanks are permitted in approved locations, in accordance with standards developed by the Fire Code Official.) (Ord. 1063 § 2, 2022)
