Appeals of decisions or determinations made by the Chief Building Official relative to the application and interpretation of the California Building Code shall be processed according to procedures outlined in Chapter 1, Section 113, and Appendix B of the California Building Code. Appeals of the Chief Building Official’s determinations regarding unsafe structures or equipment shall be made in accordance with the procedure set forth in Larkspur Municipal Code Section 2.50.100.
