Should the permittee cease work for any reason before the work is completed, they shall take all steps necessary to leave the premises in a condition that will not violate this chapter or any of the terms of their permit to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, and in a condition that will not cause damage to adjoining properties or to the public roads or other public place through erosion of materials or landslides.
