The design and improvement of each subdivision shall comply with the provisions of this chapter, this code and the Larkspur Design and Improvement Standards. All subdivisions shall abut or be connected to a public street. The subdivider shall provide all the improvements which are shown on the approved tentative map, required as a condition of approval of the tentative map, and required by the provisions of this title.
