Standards for the design and improvement of subdivisions shall be those of the Larkspur Design and Improvement Standards as adopted by resolution of the City Council. Street lighting improvements shall be provided in the form which will result in the lowest possible energy charges to the City by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
