When plat map and legal descriptions have been prepared to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, they shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator for approval, conditional approval or denial. To approve a plat map, the Zoning Administrator must make the finding that the lot line adjustment complies with the requirements of title, including area, improvement and design, floodwater drainage control, appropriate improved public roads, sanitary disposal facilities, water supply availability and environmental protection.
