A. Within thirty (30) days of filing of a tentative subdivision application the Community Development Director shall notify the applicant in writing whether or not the subject application is complete. If the application is not complete the thirty-day review period will begin again when the applicant makes a resubmittal. Once the application is accepted as complete the time limits for action on the project application and the completion and certification of the environmental documents required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) will begin.
