One or more rooms, including a kitchen or kitchenette, and sanitary facilities, designed as separate living quarters for occupancy by not more than one household. A dwelling unit may be comprised of a one-family structure, included as one of two (2) units in a two-family dwelling or within a multiple-family dwelling, or may consist of an accessory dwelling unit or junior accessory dwelling unit that is subordinate to a one-family dwelling on a residentially developed property.
