A subordinate use operated and maintained entirely within a dwelling or a detached residential accessory structure on the property by a resident of the dwelling, where no more than one assistant is employed, including the following uses: office of contractor, physician, surgeon, dentist, chiropractor, osteopath, beauty shop, dressmaker, maker of clothing to order, milliner, artist, musician, chiropodist, attorney, accountant, real estate broker, insurance agent, architect, engineer, tutor, writer, technical advisor, or other similar professional, small handicraft, and the renting of rooms and/or boarding for not to exceed three (3) persons, with separate rental agreements or leases for each.
