“Side lot line” is (A) the line, other than a rear lot line, separating an interior lot from another lot or, (B) the line of a corner lot separating the longest frontage of that lot from a public street right-of-way or easement, excepting that on reverse corner lots it shall be the line separating the shortest frontage from a street, if the Community Development Director determines that better vehicular and pedestrian access will result and that adjacent properties will not be adversely affected.
