The building height, front, side and rear setback requirements, not specifically set forth in this chapter or by use permit issued hereunder, are those required by the applicable zoning district. However, setback requirements may be waived through the slope use permit process if the Planning Commission finds that the site’s unique character is best preserved by the reduction of required setbacks, as long as these reductions do not conflict with fire and building codes.
