A. To conserve this land owned by the Marin Community College District for outdoor educational, research, and recreational use;

B. To prevent loss of beautiful, irreplaceable wetlands, floodplains, and creeksides in the City of Larkspur;

C. To preserve the important natural and visual qualities of the land and to maintain plant and wildlife habitat;
