Approval by the Planning Commission of the precise development plan, in accordance with the amendment procedures required by this title, shall constitute the Planning Commission’s approval of the necessary amendment of the zoning district map(s) previously establishing the P-D District. In taking this action, the Planning Commission may deny the precise development plan as submitted or may recommend approval of said plan subject to specified amendments or conditions.
