Accessible parking shall be provided as required by the State of California and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessible parking spaces shall count towards fulfilling the off-street parking requirements. No variance shall be required to convert parking spaces into required accessible parking spaces or an accessible parking space with an access aisle, even if the site becomes less conforming in parking, where a site is used for nonresidential uses and no replacement parking can be provided on site.
