Design review permits shall expire in two (2) years. Prior to the expiration of a design review approval, the applicant may apply to the Community Development Director for an extension of not more than one year from the original date of expiration. The Community Development Director shall grant the extension if they find that there has been no change in the factual circumstances surrounding the originally approved design.
