The Recreation Commission established by this chapter is not intended to be and shall not coincide with the Board of Recreation Commissioners referred to in Education Code Title 1, Part 7, Chapter 10, but shall be wholly independent thereof. (Ord. 1030 § 2(2), 2018; Ord. 290 § 5, 1962)
