In accordance with and subject to the provisions of Larkspur Municipal Code Chapter 2.48, a Heritage Preservation Board is established and shall be referred to as “Board” in this chapter. The Board shall have five (5) voting members and one (1) nonvoting ex officio member who is a member of the Planning Department. Voting members shall be selected on the basis of demonstrated interest, competence and knowledge in historic preservation.
