The members of each such board or commission shall be appointed by the City Council for such terms as the City Council shall designate. They shall be subject to removal by motion of the City Council adopted by at least three (3) affirmative votes. (Ord. 1030 § 2(2), 2018; Ord. 486 § 1 (part), 1974)
