No license shall be issued covering any of the businesses, trades, callings or occupations included in this chapter until the applicant has furnished, in addition to the information required by Larkspur Municipal Code Section 5.16.010, such information as may be required by the Police Chief for the purpose of submitting to the Tax Collector a recommendation concerning issuance of the license applied for.
