Theaters maintaining a fixed place of business in the City, having gross receipts of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000.00) or less, pay a fee of one hundred forty-three dollars ($143.00) per year, plus one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) for each additional one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) of gross receipts.
