A. Compliance with this chapter shall be monitored by the Department. In addition, any peace officer may enforce the penal provisions of this chapter. The Department may designate any number of additional persons to monitor compliance with this chapter.

B. The Department will work with the Marin County Tobacco Control Program to inspect each tobacco retailer at least one time per twelve-month period. Nothing in this subsection shall create a right of action in any licensee or other person against the City or its agents. (Ord. 1037 § 2, 2019)
