The requirements of this chapter shall be in addition to any business license and business license tax requirements imposed pursuant to this title and Larkspur Municipal Code Title 18 for operation of a massage establishment, including as a home occupation. (Ord. 1032 § 1, 2019; Ord. 1026 § 1, 2018)
