A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to any of the code enforcement mechanisms as set forth in Larkspur Municipal Code Chapter 9.24, and by any means available to the City to remedy a violation of the municipal code; except that fines, charges, and/or costs shall not be recoverable by recording a lien or special assessment against a property.
