A. Compliance with this chapter is required as of the effective date.

B. Enforcement of this chapter shall be carried out by the County of Marin through its designated agency, the Marin County Environmental Health Services Division, pursuant to the enforcement provisions set forth in Marin County Municipal Code Section 7.25.080 and Larkspur Municipal Code Section 6.19.090.

C. Enforcement shall include written notice of noncompliance and a reasonable opportunity to correct, prior to issuance of any administrative citation or penalty.

D. Enforcement of this chapter by the County will begin on November 10, 2023. (Ord. 1064 § 2, 2023)
