The regulations hereinafter set forth shall apply to and be in full force and effect at all park and recreation areas and the observance of the regulations shall be a condition under which the public may use such recreation areas. (Ord. 1030 § 2(7), 2018; Ord. 373 § 1 (part), 1969)
