It is unlawful for any person to damage, cut, carve, transplant, or remove any tree, plant, wood, turf, or grass, or pick the flowers or seeds of any tree or plant, or attach any rope, wire, or other object to any tree or plant. (Ord. 1030 § 2(7), 2018; Ord. 373 § 1 (part), 1969)
