A permittee shall be required to reimburse the City for the cost of the Police Department manpower and equipment response to each and every false alarm deemed excessive as provided in this chapter and by City Council resolution. The amount of such reimbursement shall be fixed by the Police Chief and notification thereof to the permittee shall be made within ten (10) days from the actuation of the excessive false alarm.
