10.40.040 Use of Coasters, Roller Skates, Bicycles and Toy Vehicles.

A. Bicycles may be ridden on city sidewalks, with the following exceptions:
1. Magnolia Avenue, from Madrone Avenue to Doherty Drive;
2. Bon Air Shopping Center;
