Bicycle and pedestrian lanes are established. The bicycle and pedestrian lanes shall be appropriately signed and it is unlawful for any person to operate or park any motor vehicle (including, without limitation, an automobile, motorcycle, motor scooter and motorized two- and three-wheel vehicles) upon the bicycle and pedestrian lanes, except maintenance and emergency vehicles.
