Any person violating the prima facie speed limits established in Larkspur Municipal Code Section 10.68.020 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, is punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail of Marin County for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
