Any person, firm or corporation doing any of those things included under Section 15.04.020 herein, without a permit first having been obtained, may be required by the Chief Building Inspector of the City to remove or demolish any or all such illegally installed matters. If an order for removal is issued by the Chief Building Inspector and compliance is not made within the time provided, the City shall commence appropriate nuisance abatement procedures.
