The Planning Commission shall review all tentative maps for compliance with the requirements of this title and the Subdivision Map Act. The subdivider or their representatives shall have the privilege of presenting any matters relative to the consideration of the subdivision. The Planning Commission shall report and indicate, if applicable, wherein such map fails to conform to this title or to standards of construction currently in force or which may be adopted by the City, together with a statement of any changes that are necessary to make the proposed improvements acceptable, including any typical drawings and specifications adopted as standards for the City.
