A print of the tentative map shall be transmitted to PG&E, PT&T, MMWD and any other public agency that has requested a copy or which provides a service within the area. Each agency shall be requested to report in writing to the Planning Commission on its ability and willingness to provide the subdivision, as shown on the tentative map, with the service or services for which that agency is responsible.
