At least ten (10) days prior to public hearing on the tentative map before the Planning Commission, notice as described below shall be given:

A. Content. The notice shall include the general description of the proposed subdivision, its location, and the time and place of the public hearing.

B. Distribution. Notice shall be given in the following manner:

1. In a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Marin County and circulated in Larkspur.

2. Posted in three (3) public places.

3. Posted on the property.

4. Mailed to all property owners as shown on the latest equalized assessment rolls as owning property within three hundred (300) feet of the subject property.

C. Condominium Conversion.

1. In addition to the notices required in subsection (B) of this section, all tenants of a proposed conversion of residential real property to a condominium project, community apartment project, or stock cooperative shall receive such notice by mail.

2. In addition to the information required in subsection (A) of this section, the notice in this case shall contain a statement of the tenant’s right to appear and the right to be heard at the public hearing.

D. Continuance. A properly noticed public hearing may be continued to a specific future hearing date by a motion of the Planning Commission without further notification. (Ord. 1030 § 2(11), 2018; Ord. 702 § 8, 1983)
