17.24.105 Additional Findings – All Condominiums.
In addition to the findings listed in Larkspur Municipal Code Section 17.24.100, the Planning Commission shall make the following findings before they approve a tentative subdivision map approving a condominium:
A. The proposed condominium conforms or will be modified to conform to the following requirements:
1. The applicable zoning district regulation in which the condominium is situated.
2. The Condominium Ordinance, Larkspur Municipal Code Chapter 18.38.
3. Parking Regulations, Larkspur Municipal Code Chapter 18.56.
4. The provisions of the latest adopted edition of the Uniform Building Code.
5. Larkspur Municipal Code Chapter 17.16, Design and Improvement, of the Subdivision Ordinance.
B. The project’s covenants, conditions and restriction documents are satisfactory to the City Attorney and the Planning Commission and meet the requirements of Larkspur Municipal Code Section 18.38.060(C). (Ord. 1030 § 2(11), 2018; Ord. 682 § 21, 1981)
