Prior to filing the parcel map as provided herein, the subdivider or their agent shall submit to the City Engineer three (3) check prints of the proposed parcel map accompanied by a current preliminary title report and a traverse sheet or sheets in a from approved by the City Engineer giving latitudes and departures and/or coordinates of the boundary of the subdivision, the blocks and the lots therein and the parcel map filing fee in the amount established by City Council resolution.
