Prior to expiration of the tentative map, the subdivider or their agent shall file with the City Engineer a parcel map accompanied by the required data and material. Failure to file a parcel map prior to expiration shall terminate all proceedings. When filed, all certificates shall be signed (except for the certificate to be signed by the City Engineer).
