Housing that is restricted by use permit and property deed restriction to households where at least one person is sixty-two (62) years of age or older, or households having a disabled person as defined in the HUD Public Housing Occupancy Handbook. “Senior housing” includes supportive and transitional housing subject to the same restrictions for senior housing.
