This chapter applies to all hillside land as defined in Larkspur Municipal Code Section 18.34.020. In the event of conflicts between this chapter and the land use regulations that apply by virtue of the zoning classification, this chapter and the regulations hereunder shall apply. However, in a P-D District, the standards of this chapter shall apply, subject to the exceptions allowed by the Planning Commission and City Council as provided for in Larkspur Municipal Code Section 18.55.020 of the P-D District regulations. For slope use permits, the public hearing procedures of Larkspur Municipal Code Chapter 18.76 shall apply, except where specified herein.
