Except as provided under Larkspur Municipal Code Section 18.34.070 pertaining to density adjustment, the minimum lot area on hillside land required per dwelling unit for a subdivision, lot line adjustment, or multiple-unit residential development shall be determined in accordance with the graph referenced in Larkspur Municipal Code Section 18.34.110. (Note: The land use densities and lot size regulations of this chapter are not intended to apply to new single-family homes built on existing legally created parcels or to the merger of existing legally created substandard size parcels, both of which are subject to other provisions of the zoning ordinance and Larkspur Municipal Code.)
