The parking number calculation for a business shall be based on the one use which is the primary function of the business or user as determined by the Community Development Director, rather than the aggregate number of the individual functional spaces within the business. The parking calculation for a building or project shall be based upon the aggregate of the parking requirement of all the individual businesses and/or tenants.
